"PARTAN 3D" is a dynamic image analysis device capable of analyzing 40 types of particle characteristic parameters, such as particle size, particle shape, surface roughness, transparency, and 3D analysis, in a single measurement. It can measure a very wide range from 22μm to 35mm with high precision. The principle involves capturing the projected image of the sample, which is freely dropped from a sample supply feeder, using a CMOS camera.
